Inhalation smoke fire detector is an automatic fire alarm device that uses an air sampling tube to draw air from a protected area into the detector for analysis and early warning of fires. It uses a long-life laser light source as the detection light source, utilizes light scattering technology for smoke detection, and achieves false alarm prevention and smoke particle identification through artificial neural network technology. Compared to traditional smoke detection products, the detection sensitivity of inhalation smoke fire detectors can reach over 1000 times, and the false alarm rate can be reduced through algorithms, thus achieving the function of early fire detection and alarm.
The inhalation smoke fire detector adopts the principle of laser light scattering. The air sample containing smoke passes through the detection chamber at a constant speed under the action of the fan. When the laser passes through the smoke particles, it scatters, and the scattered light is received by a high-sensitivity photoelectric receiver. The scattered signal is processed and converted into information about the smoke concentration. This smoke detector has extremely high sensitivity, reaching a refractive index of 0.005%, which is thousands of times higher than ordinary detectors. It can achieve extremely early warning, avoid fires, and upload monitoring data in real time, providing a basis for fault analysis.
