The wine storage tank is the core facility of the distillery, and it also has the characteristics of being flammable and explosive after leakage. By using a distributed fiber optic temperature measurement system and laying anti-static and corrosion-resistant optical cables on the surface of the wine storage tank, this work can be safely and effectively completed. Based on the real-time temperature detection data of the fiber optic temperature measurement system, it can alarm for overheating, leakage, and fire.
