The distributed fiber pipe network leakage online monitoring system is an online monitoring system developed by our company for the leakage monitoring of heat pipe network (hot water and steam).

When the hot water or steam leaks, the ambient temperature around the pipeline will rise rapidly, resulting in a high temperature difference. The system senses the temperature change through the sensor cable laid on the outer wall of the thermal pipeline, and transmits the temperature data signal to the temperature measuring host located in the control room. Through the calculation and analysis of the host and system software, the pipeline leakage situation and the location of the leak can be determined. Timely alarm to notify the maintenance personnel to go to the scene to troubleshoot and ensure the normal production and operation of this part of the pipeline.

The system structure consists of distributed optical fiber thermometer, temperature measuring software, system software platform, buried sensor cable and supporting equipment materials.
