
Application in perimeter security field
DSC-DVS distributed optical fiber vibration measurement system uses optical cable as sensor, which can be buried in the ground along the perimeter of the prevention area, bundled on the guardrail or implanted in the wall. When the event occurs, the vibration or pressure generated can be detected by the optical cable and the external intrusion signal is transmitted to the signal processing center, and finally the control center issues the corresponding alarm and gives the specific intrusion location. The system has high sensitivity, because of the embedded intelligent judgment system, it can identify and classify the intrusion behavior intelligently, and has a high alarm rate and a very low false alarm rate. Commonly used in: airports, warehouses, military restricted areas, border lines, railway lines, power stations and military facilities.
Working principle
The distributed optical fiber vibration sensing system based on scattered light interference and OTDR technology adopts optical fiber as a two-in-one sensor and transmission device. Through the direct contact with optical fiber or through the carrier, such as cover, fence, etc., transmitted to the optical fiber, continuous and real-time monitoring, collection of disturbance data, host analysis and processing and intelligent identification. Determine different types of external interference, such as climbing fences, walls, walking and digging in fortified areas, and damage that may threaten optical fiber carriers, etc., to achieve system early warning or real-time alarm and positioning, so as to achieve the purpose of early warning and monitoring of threatening behaviors that invade the perimeter of fortified areas and internal core areas.
